Attorneys Jean Magladry and Tiersa “Teri” Justice bring their combined 40+ years of experience to the newly formed law offices of Jean Magladry, PLLC and Teri Justice, PLLC.
Jean Magladry, Attorney
Jean Magladry places special emphasis in the areas of employment, discrimination law and personal injury, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and products liability. She also has experience with cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury.
Jean is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and an Eagle member of and frequent speaker for the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, formerly serving on its Board of Directors. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association.
Tiersa “Teri” Justice, Attorney
Teri Justice is a trial attorney who specializes in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injury. She also partners with co-counsel in select family law cases.
Prior to becoming a trial attorney, Teri worked in the legal department of a major health insurance carrier for 8 years, handling complex personal injury cases, medical malpractice claims and class action suits involving claims for product liability. This experience gives Teri an in depth understanding of her client’s needs.
Teri is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice, the Washington State Bar Association and is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.
